Our lives are faced with fear and difficulties from the past 3 months. our life is not the same it was before different people share their opinions on how they are dealing with this pandamic. Self isolation is the only way seen to be working out, many of us are locked in for the safety of ourselves and our families which has brought some positive changes in our lives. Many people took it as a good opportunity to bring out there talents and hobbies and now they find it comforting to have a new routine whi h had kept them going. All of us got a brilliant opportunity to give our time to the family which was not there before. Life in lockdown has its pros and cons but lets look towards the positive side more. We all figured what we can do weather bringing the painter inside us Or a chef or maybe self love, doing gardening which we never imagined because of our busy schedule earlier.
If we talk to people about this I think all of them have something innovate to tell. It may be about their fitness or learning something they never thought they could do, which gave them self confidence and perspective.
This lockdown did discouraged us initially because no one was really sure and as aware of this pandemic which did devastate all of us but learning and being aware now is more important and one thing is drilled in our heads on maintaining social distances, masks, sanitizer ,all these small awareness will help us fight against covid19. These masks have surely covered our faces but it cannot hide the smile underneath.
Life has become on a standby mode but this to shall pass.
You’re once again feeling motivated to eat better, exercise more, drink less caffeine or make any number of the positive lifestyle changes you’ve been telling yourself you want to make. You’ve tried before . Making a lifestyle change is challenging, especially when you want to transform many things at once. This time, think of it not as a resolution but as an evolution.Lifestyle changes is very important for modern life. A lifestyle blogger guide would suggest to maintain a healthy one rather than making is a disorder.
Lifestyle is a way used by people, groups and nations and may differ from person to person . Lifestyle is referred to the characteristics of inhabitants of a region in special time and place. It includes day to day behaviors and functions of individuals in job, activities, fun and diet.
Different people may have differnt views on how they live and how they work. hence leading to an unhealthy and mentally unstable lifestyle. They do encounter illeness , diseases and other stress. Besides, the lives of citizens face with new challenges. For instance, emerging new technologies within IT such as the internet and virtual communication networks, lead our world to a major challenge that threatens the physical and mental health of individuals. The challenge is the overuse and misuse of the technology. We are indulging ourseleves into the new and mordern ways of easining our lives.
Technology being a mordern solution is somewhere a problem as well. Getting close to technology is creating distance from the real world. It might not be about the way we live but also how we are not trying to improve it.Mordern ways needs mordern solution I guess. Therefore, according to the existing studies, it can be said that: lifestyle has a significant influence on physical and mental health of human being. There are different forms of such influence.
Some categories lifestyle can be varied on-:
Diet and Body : Diet is the greatest factor in lifestyle and has a direct and positive relation with health. Poor diet and its consequences like obesity is the common healthy problem in urban societies. Urban lifestyle leads to the nutrition problems like using fast foods and unnutrition.
Exercise: For treating general health problems, the exercise is included in life style .The continuous exercise along with a healthy diet increases the health. Some studies stress on the relation of active life style with happiness.
Sleep: One of the bases of healthy life is the sleep. Sleep cannot be apart from life. Sleep disorders have several social, psychological, and healthy consequences. Lifestyle may effect on sleep and sleep has a clear influence on mental and physical health .Irregular sleep may be due to lack of bosy consiousness or signs of overthinking.
Study: Study is the exercise of soul. Placing study as a factor in lifestyle may lead to more physical and mental health. Reading books or novels may provide more knowledge and information rather than browsing online.
As a conclution I would say a systematic planning in a healhthy and balanced life can provide a better vision on the way we conduct ourselves and can provide a pathway to improve the imapct of digital life. In regard to each factor, the systematic planning in micro and macro level can be established. It can provide a social and individual healthy lifestyle.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.
Why do this?
The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.
To help you get started, here are a few questions:
You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.
Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.
When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
